| Popis | Out of court decisions ways on conflicts within environment protection are both quantitatively and objectively the most important ways of conflict solving. The most frequent are solutions made by public administration authorities. These can be further subdivided according to the legal regime including the form which has the result of this solution. It could be the individual administrative acts, measures of general nature, opinions (both binding and non-binding) or endorsements. Another way of conflict solving within particular situations is generally binding regulation. Among ways to resolve conflicts within environmental protection belongs, and can be used in the later stages of conflict solving, agreement of stakeholders. |
