| Popis | The article reacts to the talk on International Scientific Conference Labour Law 2015 held in Třešť since 30th September to 2nd October 2015, which dealt with work-life balance. Topic of the article is Work-life Balance by the State, especially with emphasis on social security. The main attention is focused on maternity benefits on maternity leave by the system of sickness insurance and state social support. It also describes general instruments of work life balance by labour law, as well as get involved father in child care. In conclusion there is an assessment of the current legal regulations and amendments de lege ferenda are also proposed. |
