| Popis | A half-day long course offering introduction to the topic of antibody-based protein microarrays with a practical part covering fabrication and evaluation of a model microarray. During the practical part, relevant equipment available at CF Nanobiotechnology will be introduced: ink-jet deposition system Scienion sciFLEXARRAYER S3 for spotting of sub-nanolitre droplets of proteins and other samples on diverse substrates, a 3-channel fluorescence scanner Innopsys Innoscan 1100 for high-resolution fluorescence readout and SW Mapix for data analysis. |
