| Popis | The article deals with reaction of Czech administrative courts to so called Klučka's amendment of Asylum Act and Act on Residence of Foreigners. According to the amendment, courts were obliged to terminate proceedings reviewing legality of decision on a foreigner's detention if the foreigner has been released in the meantime. |
