| Popis | This paper is focused on the issue of the prudential requirements and their tightening conditions. I will outline the progression of prudential requirements such as capital, risk and liquidity requirements. This paper deals with the situation after the financial crisis (2007) focused on issues of prudential requirements, especially with focus on indicators of liquidity as Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) in the context of Czech law. |
