| Popis | The presented article discusses the influence of different models of access to the ownership of archaeological finds on their protection. it first presents the theoretical starting points, followed by a description of three different models - the Czech Republic, Austria and the United Kingdom. Attention is paid to the legal regulation and protection of archaeological finds in practice. At the end, these approaches are compared and their success is evaluated. |
