| Popis | Protein-carbohydrate interactions are involved in numerous biochemical/biological pathways and play an essential role in various biological processes. In this work, we use constant current chronopotentiometric stripping analysis (CPSA) to detect and study complexes of lectin Sambucus Nigra with trisialyllactoses. We also show that the presence of an osmolyte excess can significantly improve the reproducibility of experiments and the ability to distinguish between individual complexes. |
