| Popis | The paper deals with the possibilities of termination of the investor’s participation in an investment fund in the form of mutual fund and SICAV. In the paper, the author investigates analogous applicability of provisions of the Business Corporations Act to the Act on Investment Companies and Investment Funds and presents the forms of terminating the participation of an investor by a fund and by an investor. |
