| Popis | In the Czech Republic there are two ways how to enforce the decisions. The first one is introduced in the sixth part of the Civil Procedure Code and the second one is introduced in the Execution Code. Some ways of enforcement are potentially danger for third parties. It is typical for the cases of enforcement of decision by sale of movable things or by taking away a thing. |
