| Popis | The seminar will focus on practical skills related to imaging biomolecules (DNA, proteins) in a semi-physiological environment, i.e. in a buffered solution. The practical use of AFM microscopes available in our laboratory - Bruker Dimension FastScan and Bruker MultiMode 8HR will be presented. Our laboratory staff will guide you through the entire process step by step. |
