The aim of the project is (1) describe the existing gender wage differences in EU countries (using Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition and its variation), (2) describe the existing gender wage differences in the Czech Republic focusing on individual sectors and differences between the private and public sectors (using Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition and its variation), (3) identify the factors behind gender wage differences and (4) evaluate the development over time.
