CIRCMIND (Circular and Intelligent Manufacturing Doctoral Network) addresses a critical European skills and knowledge gap at the intersection of AI, digitalisation, and circular economy management. As new EU regulations including the Digital Product Passport (DPP), Right to Repair, and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) transform industrial operations, manufacturers face growing demands to track, assess, and recover products throughout their life cycle. However, most industrial actors lack integrated expertise linking technical, managerial, and business dimensions of circular digital transformation.
