| Popis | Czech Repulic is a typical case of closeness in organized crime policy making. A less narrow minded approach towards internal and external stimuli should help to identify the blur principles creating the organized crime phenomenon and to answer the question: "what is organized crime?". The submitted paper tries to explicate "organized crime" in a specific way which is far beyond the traditional approach to this phenomenon. This introductive part provides the ground for two following different levels of prediction of organized crime. |
