| Popis | The most common causes of posterior capsule rupture during hydrodissection are posterior polar cataract and intraoperative capsular block syndrome. The cases are describe. Posterior capsule rupture during irigation/aspiration with or without vitreous prolapse are discused as well as rupture of the posterior capsule during the intraocular lens implantation. |
