• Popis: All over the world academicians are searching for the succesor to new public management (NPM) reforms because these reforms have brought about as many problems as they have solutions. A new paradigm is needed because the state has over retreated and, instead of focusing on more efficiency, it might be desirable to move reforms in the direction of creating more professionalism in the public sector.
