| Popis | The presentation dealt with the phenomenon of continuity and discontinuity in law. As an example was chosen a remarkable Czech legal source written in the first half of the fourteenth century - the socalled Book of Rosenberg (Book of Rožmberk). For discussion were reserved two questions concerning the close links between social changes and changes in the law. |
