| Popis | The goal of the article The Picture of the Family in Czech and Bulgarian is to analyse the Czech and Bulgarian linguistic picture of the family as seen through the point of view of the picked metaphors used in the sense of family and its members using cognitive semantics based on the metaphor thesis, introduced in George Lakoff and Mark Johnson's book „Metaphors We Live By“ published in 1980. The article is centred around space and time. |
