| Popis | Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, is partner in project of the European Commission Remedies against Enforcement of Foreign Titles according to Brussels I Recast (0148/2015). For this project, the partners/researchers JUDr. Jiří Valdhans, Ph.D. and JUDr. Tereza Kyselovská, Ph.D. were asked to deliver a specialized lecture on Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in the Czech Republic under the Civil Procedural Code, Enforcement Code and their relationship to the new Brussels Ibis Regulation. |
