| Popis | The author is reflecting on the current focus of labor law. The author is formulating the goals of labor law and evaluates their fulfilment. In an effort to contribute to greater realization of the law, the author is briefly introducing several de lege ferenda proposals in line with the newly proposed principle of reinforced (labor) implementation. However, the focus of the research is on the general law-philosophical reflection of the meaning of labor law. |
