| Popis | This contribution deals with historical view on public finance in the Czech Republic. The main aim of the contribution is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis that virtual and reality conception of public finance differ. Description, analysis, comparison and synthesis are used for writing this contribution. Novelty of this text is that public finance is analysed from a virtual and real point of view. The reality concept includes the evolution of state and society approaches to public finance. The virtual concept involves the evolution of the term “public finance.” |
