| Popis | The contribution analyses the attribution process through the tactical/technical, operational, and strategic levels, clarifying in each what questions and goals are being addressed. It is primarily focused on the achievability of a legal cyber-attribution based on technical and operational resources and tools. In this context it also maps the emerging state practice in selected states and relevant national strategies. |
