| Popis | Some systems of approach to mediation can be so invasive (for example, in the form of mandatory mediation) that they can interfere with the natural functioning of mediation, access to court and civil proceedings. The aim of this part of the chapter is therefore to define the basic boundaries for the regulation of mediation in the European context. |
