• Popis: Best interest of the child shall be of primary consideration in every proceeding concerning children. The wide range of proceedings affected by Article 3 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child requires differentiation of approach in proceedings with similar impact on life of the child, which was established by the Czech Constitutional Court.
