| Popis | This paper examines several issues connected with the so-called quarta Falcidia: changes in the value of the inheritance after the death of the testator; implications deriving from the identity of the final recipient of the bequest; reductions in cases of pupillary substitution; acquisition of items for a price higher than usual; the profit a heir retains before fulfilling a bequest and complex situations, in which the quarta cannot be applied. |
