| Popis | A foundation is both a legal construct and a social concept. Therefore, searching for a definition of a foundation is not a straightforward task. What is defined as a foundation in one country may not qualify as such in another (Anheier 2001, p. 40). There is no common definition of a foundation and not all that is labeled as “a foundation” in common parlance is in fact a foundation in the legal sense. |
