| Popis | With the development of these AI technologies, it is essential to hold an expert discussion not only on their level of accuracy, but also on how to effectively integrate them into existing legal and procedural frameworks, while at the same time ensuring that the fundamental principles of criminal proceedings, which are the basis of a fair trial, are preserved. The future of assessing the credibility of witness statements using AI tools will therefore depend not only on the degree of technical progress, but also on how effectively and responsibly we are able to implement these modern technologies into the current criminal law framework, of which the assessment of the credibility of witness testimony is an important part. |
