| Popis | The article deals with the issue of maintaining personal and professional boundaries in the practice of law in situations where clients go beyond standard legal relationships. It refers to the signs of manipulative behaviour on the part of clients, analyses their psychological background and ethical consequences for lawyers. At the same time, it offers specific recommendations on how lawyers can maintain their professional integrity, inner distance and personal balance without losing empathy and human emotionality. |
