Popis The present study was designed to ascertain behavioural effects of novel endocannabinoid ligand noladin ether using the model of agonistic behaviour in mice. In aggressive singly-housed mice, noladin did not show marked changes in behavioural activities. The only significant effect recorded was the significant inhibition of sociable sniffing. In timid isolates, noladin elicited a significant aggresssogenic action with the impairment of the locomotor activity. Thus, the behavioural noladin profile found did not fully resemble that of anandamide which in our earlier experiments exerted a significant antiaggressive effects using the model of mouse agonistic social interactions.
