| Popis | T-DNA embryonic lethal mutants of Arabidopsis thaliana were analysed at the cellular and molecular levels. The work was aimed at initial comparison of wild-type and mutant embryo development inside ovules.PCR technology was applied for determination of the T-DNA presence in the heterozygotes for the embryonic mutation. DNA markers were used for mutant genes localisation on the genetic mapping. |
