| Popis | In our control study we compared a hypothermic and normothermic group of patients with severe head injuries. Determining optimal temperature with minimal side effects and maximum cerebral protection as well as an exact selection of patients with severe traumatic brain injuries suitable for deliberate hypothermia is a task for the future. |
