Popis The sensitization to MET was clearly demonstrated in aggressive agonistic interactions while the pre-treatment with 5 MET doses of 1 mg/kg/day significantly potentiated the effects (inhibition of aggressive and disinhibition of locomotor activities measured) of all MET "challenge doses" (1 or 5 or 10 mg/kg) given after 5 days of withdrawal. In the same experimental design the cross-sensitization to MET was confirmed after the pre-treatment with 5 doses (0.5 mg/kg/day) of CAN, while in the present study, the co-administration of MET with cannabinoid receptor antagonist AM (0.5 mg/kg/day) suppressed the development of sensitization to MET antiaggressive effect but not to its stimulatory influence on locomotion.
