| Popis | Grouping data is one of the key procedures, which is used in numerous applications for structuring data, searching data and knowledge extraction from databases. In the paper consider 3 types of grouping: clustering, categorization and so-called ‘semi-clustering/semi-categorization’. We study both traditional and some new methods of grouping data, which may be useful for practical investigations. The paper is a short review for students. |
