| Popis | In the area of judicial cooperation in criminal matters TCE stated conditions of enhanced cooperation more strictly than CTFEU. There is documented a strong tendency for communitarization of European law via CTFEU to the degree it considers as an instrument also a regulation, even for areas traditionally covered by the III. pillar of TEU. |
