| Popis | In the article the lexemes designating "year" and its seasons are summarized in all Indo-European languages, their etymologies are discussed and in doubtful cases new solutions offered. Finally, the surveys of the "year" & "seasons" terminology in various non-Indo-European languages are added for perspective of semantic typology. |
