| Popis | Law enforcement to protect human health against risk factors from environment in the Czech Republic is very problematic. This is reflected in a lack of public and private instruments of legal regulation. The application practice is reflected in the lack of inter alia, the inability to demonstrate a casual nexus between the harm and the negative effects of risk factors from outside environment. |
