| Popis | Traffic accidents may lead to serious consequences constituting either material damage or injury to the health or even life of a person. Regarding investigation of traffic accidents, it is necessary to emphasize broad variety of their causality that comes to consideration. A specific problematic aspect in this context is fact that participants of traffic accidents often try to hide or simulate their real causes. Eventually, a person responsible for the accident can be a completely different person than it seemed to be initially, therefore, it is inevitable for the road traffic accidents to be examined properly. Criminalists follow certain methodics when investigating traffic accidents that include some specifics distinguishing it from the methods of investigation of other criminal offences. For example, they focus on different marks in different stages of investigation. Authors of submitted article will aim at such specifics of investigation. |
