| Popis | For decades, law and politics scholars have been preoccupied with the phenomena of judicialization of politics, often treated as a linear, gradually intensifying trend. This paper, however, argues that the recent success of populism has brought about new dialectical dynamics to the judicialization narrative. The aim of this paper is to analyse the relationship between the populist rule and the judicalized structure of governance. |
