• Popis: Celebrating the 70th anniversary of the ECHR, this presentation looks at the current challenges the ECHR system is facing. It zeroes in on the populist challenge to the ECtHR. Buidling on actual criticism by European populist leaders, the presentation identifies the threats and suggests ways of strengthening the ECtHR's future resilience.
