| Popis | Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is a technique used for the resection of advanced gastrointestinal lesions. The efficiency and success of ESD depend on the quality and functionality of the distal attachment cap (cap) used.1 This video introduces a first use of novel 3D-printed endoscopic cap designed by our team, tailored for ESD procedures, and assesses its performance relative to commercially manufactured caps (Olympus Distal Attachment. For the procedure, Olympus GIF-H185 was used with Olympus DualKnife J. The cap was fabricated in house using an AnyCubic Photon Ultra 3D printer and BioMed Flex 80A Resin suited for medical use. |
