| Popis | 64 patients were reffered to us with the diagnosis of a suspected malignant long-bone tumor of osseus or cartilage origin. In 40,6% the diagnosis was confirmed.High quality X-ray, MRI are essential; CT examination is recommended in specific indications.In makinf the differential diagnosis of primary malignant bone tumors, special attention must be paid to differentiation from osteomyelitis or fatigue fractures. |
