Citace
Popis The principle of supremacy (primacy) of the EU law on the national law of member states is understood by the European Court of Justice as absolute. Nevertheless, constitutional courts of certain member states do not recognize the EU law primacy in certain cases (human rights protection, EU competences). Details are given mainly on the French and German constitutional jurisprudence. Apart from very special and exceptional cases, the principle of supremacy of EU law is fully respected.
